Quality Guarantee & Print Issues

If your order arrives with a print error, damage, or visible quality issue, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • The item placed on a flat, well-lit surface

Made-to-Order Policy (Important)

All products are made to order, specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or sizing-related returns.

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Cancellations

Product Orders – Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled or edited using the link in your order confirmation email

  • Changes are allowed only before the order enters production

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible

After delivery, you have 30 days to report any quality-related issues.

Donations & Tips – Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are:

  • Non-cancellable

  • Non-refundable

Once checkout is completed, these payments cannot be reversed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at:

Refund Policy

Product Orders

Because all products are made to order:

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only issued for verified quality issues

  • Proof of the issue (photos) is required

Refund timelines (if approved):

  • PayPal: Funds typically appear within 24 business hours

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank

Donations & Tips

All donations and tips are final and non-refundable.

Locked Messages

Locked digital messages are non-refundable once purchased.
