4. Payments & Pricing

General Payment Terms

Purchasing Products requires payment. Prices are shown before checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and processed through Third-Party payment providers.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Promotional pricing may be offered selectively and does not create entitlement to future offers.

Authorization

By purchasing, you authorize the Creator and payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships may include automatically recurring payments.

• Billing occurs on the date of purchase (“Billing Date”)

• Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled

• You must cancel before renewal to avoid future charges

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for defective Products reported within 30 days of purchase.

• Defective Products are eligible for a full refund or replacement

• Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or refunds

• Digital products, donations, tips, and locked content are non-refundable

Return approval requires proof of defect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Shipping costs are displayed before purchase

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• International orders may incur customs or import fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges.

8. License & Acceptable Use

Limited License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Service while you comply with these Terms.

Restrictions

Fourthwall is not a party to these Terms and bears no liability for Creator products.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service

• Violations of these Terms

• Infringement of third-party rights

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
